Icecream making is my passion, nothing is more exciting than exploring new recipe ideas. Taking natural raw ingredients and creating new tastes, textures and sensations. I have always been a chocaholic with rich dark creamy dreams raining supreme for my taste buds. As I've delved deeper into the world of Icecream, sorbet, and all things granita I have come to appreciate the subtler things as well. So the ever changing dessert menu has a real depth, something for all palates and all dietary requirements.
